To include initials or names in sterling letter blocks, you need to indicate on each strand what is to be spelled out. At this point you must include the birthstone placement, whether before, after or on either side of the initial or name. There is a maximum of 7 letters per strand including spaces for the Child Bracelet.

There is provision for specifying letters in the ordering process.
