HOW TO ACCURATELY DETERMINE BRACELET SIZE
Please follow the following guide to ensure a nice fitting bracelet with
a little bit of movement and room is created. We have an tolerance
of 1/8th inch variance when designing multiple strands.
MEASURING YOUR WRIST
To determine the bracelet size you need, measure at the wrist with a
soft flexible measuring tape and add the recommended amount for your
clasp style as stated below. If you do not have a measuring tape you
can use a ribbon or piece of string. Mark the length then measure with
a ruler. Be sure to add on the clasp value recommended below.
TOGGLE CLASPS add 1” to 1 1/4” to actual wrist size.
Bracelets ordered with a Toggle Clasp need to add 1” to 1-1/4” to
your actual measurement to allow the overlap for the toggle to function
properly. Our choices are Round, Square and Heart toggle clasps. If no
clasp is indicated, we will choose one for you.
LOBSTER CLASPS add 3/4” to 1” to actual wrist size.
If the bracelet you are ordering has any style Lobster Clasp, add 3/4” to
1" to your actual measurement.
4 and 5 STRAND BRACELET TUBE CLASPS
If the bracelet you are ordering has 4 or 5 Strands, the clasp will be
a Tube Clasp. Add 3 /4” to your actual measurement.
GUARANTEE ON LENGTH
Your bracelet may vary from the size you order by up to 1/8” on
multiple strand bracelets due to the beads used to ensure the design
is symmetrical. We make all bracelets as close as possible to the SIZE
YOU ORDER (including the clasp). If, however, we make an error and create
your bracelet outside this 1/8" variance, we will resize your bracelet
at no charge.

REQUESTING A CLASP OTHER THAN STANDARD OFFERING
If you do not want a Toggle Clasp or the Lobster Clasp, input this request
in the details/notes section at the bottom of the shipping address
page during checkout. Contact us at customercare@forgetmenotgifts.ca.
There are many choices of clasps and vary in pricing. We can quote
to your request to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your design.
REQUESTING A SPECIAL NEEDS BRACELET OTHER THAN STANDARD OFFERING
Should your require a bracelet with stretch, magnetic clasp or a clasp
not listed in our choices, input this request in the details/notes
section at the bottom of the shipping address page during checkout.
