PURCHASING AN EXTENDER
To add a 1 or 2 inch extender in sterling silver to a bracelet or necklace,
the option is available for selection during the order process and
added to your shopping cart. The cost of an extender is $10.00 and
is only compatible with a Lobster style clasp.
SHIPPING
We use Canada Post 1st Class Express Post with tracking number and insurance
up to $100 on all shipments. For special requests, contact customercare@forgetmenotgifts.ca.
If you select Store Pickup - please phone for an appointment. If after
ordering you change your mind and require shipping instead of Store Pickup,
please order Special
Delivery.
TURN AROUND TIME
Once an order is placed, a new bracelet is created and shipped within
2 business days. During high volume times, Christmas and Mother's Day,
these times may be longer. We will do our best to ship to our original
schedule. Repairs, restringing and additional strands added are also
2 days. Creating a new design from existing beads supplied by customers
can take up to 5 days if special materials are ordered. If there are

PACKAGING, GIFT WRAPPING AND CARDS
All jewellery items are securely packaged in tissue inside an organza
gift pouch and shipped in a bubble pack envelope. Jewellery boxes are
available at an extra cost of $3.00 and gift wrapping is extra at $2.50.
If a special card is requested with a custom verse, please send an
email request and the verse. Cards provided at $4.00 will be chosen
from a variety suitable for the occasion from a local artists' hand

DROP SHIPMENTS
We are able to third party drop ship though out Canada. Please indicate
the ship to information on the details of the order during checkout
of your order process.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact customercare@forgetmenotgifts.ca and
request a Return Authorization number. We will either refund your
money or provide an exchange credit. Personalized items are non-refundable
nor is the shipping, custom packaging, gift cards and gift wrapping
costs.

CONDITION OF JEWELLERY
Jewellery is shipped from Forget-Me-Not...Gifts from the Heart with a
jewellers' tag attached. Once this is removed the jewellery is “used” and
can not be returned for refund or exchange. Damaged jewellery can not
be returned for refund or exchange. See our Repair services (below)
for more assistance.
WORKMANSHIP
The workmanship of every custom made jewellery item is overseen by Christy
Woods, owner and designer of Forget-Me-Not...Gifts from the Heart.
The quality of the finished piece is set to very high scrutiny. Orders
processed are also double checked for accuracy and shipped with top
rate materials to ensure you open your purchase and find a beautiful
piece of custom made jewellery in excellent condition. I am not only
the creator of Forget-Me-Not...Gifts from the Heart, but I'm also a
customer!
WARRANTY
Our Warranty is for the lifetime of your jewellery piece. You will have
our full support should your jewellery piece need repair should it
malfunction. (Wear and tear and damages are not warranty issues, please
see Repair below). Unusual but not impossible, any problem should be
apparent soon after receipt and wear of your jewellery. We will be
satisfied when you are, therefore, if you wish for us to reimburse
your shipping expenses for the item needing correction we will provide
you with a credit up to $7.60 within this time period.
REPAIR
Wear and tear over time will result in restringing or repair of your
jewellery item. We will gladly repair your jewellery piece for minimal
