RE-DESIGN SERVICES
If you already own beads and would like to have them re-strung or re-designed
into a more suitable design style, please forward a photo of your beads
and if you have a design in mind, send the details to: customercare@forgetmenotgifts.ca and we will be happy to provide a quote to you for free.
RESIZING
We realize with bracelets as gifts, the size may not always be accurately
determined at the time of ordering. If you should discover the size
is wrong, we will be happy to resize the bracelet for you. Follow our
Return Policy and the Measuring Guidelines for accuracy and contact
customercare@forgetmenotgifts.ca for assistance.
RESTRINGING
Should your bracelet require restringing due to wear and tear, you can
order this through the website and follow our Return Policy to ship
the item to the address below. Ensure you measure your wrist and add
the clasp length, see Measurement Guidelines for accuracy.
ADDING STRANDS TO YOUR BRACELET
You can have strands added to your bracelet as your family grows. You
can order this by

One strand $40.00
Two strands $80.00
plus $7.60 return mail fee via Canada Post 1st Class Express Post
with a tracking number includes insurance up to $100.00.
REPAIR
If your bracelet has been broken and requires restringing and replacement
of beads, send us an email with some details to customercare@forgetmenotgifts.ca so that we may determine the cost and provide you a quote to reference
on the documentation. Place an order on our website for the Repair
service and follow our Return Policy to obtain a Return Authorization
number.
Place a Resize or restringing Order
Place your order for re-sizing or restringing on the web site, remember
to measure accurately as we will build to your order. Order
as a Repair order here. Contact customercare@forgetmenotgifts.ca for
a Return Authorization number which you will need to reference on your
return paperwork and shipping carton. Follow our Return
Policy for detailed instructions.

PURCHASING A CHARM OR DANGLE
Charms are ordered on their page by selecting and placing the order in
your shopping cart. To buy a dangle, it offers a one crystal or a two
crystal dangle and you must add your birth month in order of top position
(1) and bottom position (2). At time of repair or re-design, you can
add charms or dangles along with your repair or re-design order and
place your selection in your shopping cart. More
